Doulos Leadership Group serves leaders through five distinct ministries, each designed to form faithful, grounded leadership. From The Crucible for men, to the Young Leaders Network, alongside speaking, coaching, and consulting, our work exists to help pastors and leaders grow in spiritual depth, disciplined practice, and Christ-centered leadership for the long haul.

Young Leader’s Network equips pastors with Christ-centered leadership development, practical coaching, and a supportive community committed to lifelong, healthy, sustainable ministry. Through shared experiences, relational encouragement, and spiritual formation, pastors grow as servant leaders who model the way of Jesus in both their churches and homes.

For over 20 years, Eddy has invested his life in helping pastors, leaders, couples, and families thrive. As a pastor, mentor, and coach, he has walked alongside countless men and women who desire to grow in Christ and lead with integrity, humility, and purpose. Eddy brings a steady presence, a deep love for the Scriptures, and a passion for forming servant leaders who reflect the heart of Jesus in every sphere of life. As founder of Doulos Leadership Group, Eddy is committed to raising up a generation of leaders who joyfully serve others and build God’s Kingdom with conviction and compassion.
